FishTips Digital Fishing Guides Todd Castedine and Ish Monroe catch up on Todd's podcast on various topics around bass fishing while Ish was on vacation Tuna fishing! During the show, Todd answers a viewer's question about quality control for FishTips digital fishing guide trips and fishing reports channels.
To expand on Todd and Ish's conversation, the FishTips team has a ton of processes in place to ensure the highest level of quality for fishing information and digital fishing guides! To start, we vet every digital guide before granting access to being a digital guide on the platform to validate that they are an experienced guide or fishing educator. We also read every tip and customer review to learn more about the good and bad experiences customers have from the tips themselves, to applying them on the water. Each month, digital guides receive monthly newsletters and participate in a digital guide community call to discuss how collectively, the FishTips team and digital guides can continue to improve the platform, tips, and customer experience. Our mission is to offer the highest level of fishing expertise to everyone. This can be seen with the incredibly talented list of hundreds of top fishing guides, tournament anglers, and local experts that have joined FishTips as digital guides. We are thankful to work with such an incredible roster of digital guides and are driven every day to continue growing FishTips to digitally guide, train, and educate more anglers!
On the customer side, we also communicate with nearly all of the top tournament organizations for integrity and transparency.
