Where I live, by the shores of Lake Erie is home to some of the best fall Lake Trout fishing around. Huge Lakers group up in specific areas, and if you know where to look and a few key baits, you can wrestle with these dinosaurs of the Great Lakes. November and December are typically the primetime to land on them, and when you find them, it can be lights out, with both numbers and size. I'll go over some specifics about this bite as well as share some key areas and descriptions of what to look for.
