Fishing Report Salmon Report and Salmon River. Trolling for salmon is one of my favorite times fishing out on Lake Ontario. In this tip I will give you some information on getting started. It will include some ramp launching options, some of my favorite baits to troll, few spots inside the salmon river they stage inside incase the lake is too rough and even a largemouth/pike spot if all else fails and you just want to catch a fish to salvage the day (I've been there before).
