I just recently received a st croix bass x 7 foot 10 extra heavy fast rod recently and was wondering if that would be a good choice for glide baits? And if so which ones in particular. I have a 7 foot 9 heavy/fast johnny morris carbonlite glide rod already but wanted another rod for different situations and just to have multiple tied at once. If not what would you suggest i get instead of it? And if its not good also what would this st croix be good for instead? The reel will be a shimano curado 200. Appreciate any help on this!
