The bass are on the move and getting in prespawn mode heavily. These areas are great through the end of April, as it will hold prespawn, spawners and post spawners. The average bag in this area is 18-20lbs. We weighed in 19.03lbs on 2/14/26. I have also had 26lbs for best 5 of all smallmouth in this area as well. This fishtip is loaded with the best current breaks, rockpiles and info you will NEED. This is a great area to fish and a very fun time of the year!

This guide gives good information to start with which is exactly what I needed. That combined with the current flow numbers and level pointed me to the fish. Fished half a day and caught about 20 bass. A 4,lb 5er and a couple 3+s thrown in there made for a great day. Thanks for a great guide!
