This is my detailed game plan for targeting the concentrations of big largemouths on the St. Lawrence River in the 1000 Islands area including 3 specific spots in Clayton, NY and 3 more spots nearby on the Canada side. This tip is a comprehensive guide to how I catch big largemouth bags from my decades of experience and knowledge from specifically targeting largemouths on the St. Lawrence and the other Great Lakes largemouth fisheries for very consistent 17-20lb+ bags. If you like to fish for smallmouths, my largemouth juice is super convenient to bounce in and out of, as its located near Lake Ontario and all of the great smallmouth areas around 1000 Islands. You can run this stuff and duplicate it across more similar areas for a great backup plan when the smallies aren't biting! This is such an unbelievable way to fish and these bass are not pressured at all. I love catching big smallmouths, but when I can find huge concentrated groups of chunky largemouths, catch 50-70 per day with classic power fishing techniques, and everyone else is out chasing the smallies, SIGN ME UP!!
